USpeak AI is an AI-powered speaking practice app designed specifically for CELPIP exam preparation. It provides instant, detailed feedback on your spoken responses — scoring your pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and coherence — so you can improve faster without needing a human evaluator.

How does the AI feedback work?

After you record your spoken response to a CELPIP-style prompt, our AI engine analyzes your audio and returns a detailed score breakdown along with personalized tips to improve. Feedback is typically available within seconds.

Is USpeak AI free to use?

You can download the app and explore its features for free. To receive detailed AI feedback and access full CELPIP practice tasks, you'll need to purchase a Credit Pack from within the app. Check the app for current pricing and available bundles.

Which CELPIP tasks does USpeak AI cover?

USpeak AI covers all eight CELPIP Speaking tasks, giving you realistic practice prompts and AI-scored feedback for each one. We're continuously expanding content, so new task types and question sets are added regularly.

Will IELTS or TOEFL support be added?

We're focused exclusively on CELPIP right now to deliver the best possible experience for that exam. Support for other exams such as IELTS and TOEFL is on our roadmap — stay tuned for updates.

My Credit Pack credits are not showing up. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If credits still don't appear, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below and include your email address and the order ID from your purchase receipt so we can resolve it quickly.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Can I use USpeak AI on both iOS and Android?

Yes! USpeak AI is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your account and any purchased Credit Pack credits are tied to your account and accessible on either platform after you sign in.
